Windows 10: forgotten the password to my password

basically i have this old laptop but ive forgotten the log in so i have to use my microsoft email. but ive forgotten the login for that email too and i was so young i used to make up my birth date and all of that so everything i try says wrong or inadequate information. what do i dooo its a lenovo laptop
