    Device isn’t showing a BitLocker Recovery Key


    My device was set into BitLocker mode after improper set up but once I go to retrieve the recovery key it says there isn’t one listed for my device. I don’t know how to get out the BitLocker setting, no restart or shut down is fixing the issue. I’m considering completely restarting the device but I’m not sure if I have backed up everything and would rather not lose information.

    Hello everybody, I lost my bitlocker recovery key number from my lenovo tablet, during a update of windows bios. I try find in my onedrive windows and isn´t here. How can recovery my tablet?

    My computer is locked by BitLocker and the recovery key is not showing in the Microsoft account (the device is listed). How can I generate/retrieve the key (I don't have it stored anywhere)?

    1. Are you not able login to your computer due to BitLocker Recovery Key?
    2. Did you ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key on your computer?
    3. Are you not able to login to your Microsoft Account to find the BitLocker Recovery Key?
    4. Are you using Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Professional?

    Meanwhile, try finding BitLocker Recovery Key if you have ever setup BitLocker Recovery Key for your computer.
