Windows 10: How to disable auto adjust time?

Hello. Periodically I turn on my PC and my windows logining with wrong time -2 hours of my local time. Every time I sync time manually in the settings and it displays correct for nex failure. I have the next settings:Region and time zone selected manually automatic switcher turned offSummer time switcher is ONAutomatic set up time Turned OFFDisplay time in the tray ONIn this case, the third settings every time after next PC turning ON, switched to ON Automatic set up time ON and I think it is main reason that time changed to -2 hours.Question: How to switch "Automatic set up time" to OFF

Disabled auto brightness adjustment in MS Photos

How can I disable the auto brightness adjustment in MS Photos? Every time I open photos, one or two seconds later it became darker, honestly I don't like it.

I already tried to enter this command "Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml”}" in the Windows PowerShell but it didn't work.

No daylight-saving time auto-adjust?

Mine adjusted itself correctly whilst I slept with the automatic setting switched off. Not all networks support the auto time update feature.

Is your timezone set correctly?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
