    Dear Sir/Madam,I have problem to log in to my another email address: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** , i tried the password Lunabill28 and fill up the account recovery form, but still cannot log in as the info provided is no sufficient. Please advise how to solve this problem because this email has link to my another software which i need it urgently to use.

    Very old Hotmail account

    You can verify whether your hotmail is still alive in MS account, it should be listed as an alias.

    If there isn't one you should be able to know whether you still receive email from hotmail into outlook inbox?
    Or at least log in to some site registered with your hotmail email. and then see if you can verify you email and watching for inbox in outlook.

    The two-step verification emails show up in my inbox but I added a rule to mark the domain name safe a long time ago (verified that "techpowerup.com" is still in the safe sender list).
