Windows 10: BitLocker is being annoying and wont let me use my pc

HeyI have a newer laptop pc with a windows 11 on it. Here some time ago it stopped working on usb ports, so i factory restartet the pc and it worked well for a good 2 months.Now when i open the pc it asks for a BitLocker recovery key, that i can find on my microsoft acc. There is no key to be found...So i again try to troubleshoot and figure why not just reset this pc so i can start on new... I cant, and it again asks for a BitLocker code.So what can i do to bypass the BitLocker, cus that **** aint showing me a key.

We suggest doing the following steps again to resolve the issue. To complete the procedure, make sure that you have the following information:

• You must be able to provide administrative credentials.
• The drive must be BitLocker-protected.

To suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption on an operating system drive, please follow the steps below:

• Click Start, click Control Panel, click
  System and Security, and then click BitLocker Drive Encryption.
• Click Suspend Protection for the operating system drive.
• A message is displayed, informing you that your data will not be protected while BitLocker is suspended and asking if you want to suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption.
  
• Click Yes to continue and suspend BitLocker on the drive.
