Windows 10: there is no b&o or sound control app !!

Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r0000 76T05AVOperating System: Microsoft Windows 11hello everyone I have been using HP laptops since 2015 and in all of them when I installed the sound card driver, the Bang & Olufsen or Audio Control software was automatically installed.But since I bought this laptop, even though it says B&Q on it, there is still no control panel for audio management on my device after installing all the drivers and the Omen Gaming Hub - I have changed Windows several times and downloaded and installed the drivers both

Problem with Driver Realtek and Bang and olufsen (B&O) audio control panel Windows 11 (HP victus B&O)

I bought a laptop HP Victus 16-R0000 with B&O on Windows 11(

• BUT B&o audio control, HP audio control ⇒ "Impossible to connect to RPC service".
  
• Impossible to find Realtek HD Audio manager.
  
• All of that on Windows 11.
  

All my drivers are up-to-date (On hp website, Windows update, Microsoft store).

Hp told me that's a realtek problem, is the driver is not created? (in Windows 10 it worked perfectly)

Help me, please !

 

B&O Sound Driver

Where can I find the download for the B&O sound driver??? I've had it before, but my laptop updated it's not included in the update and I still want it on my computer.

 

How to permanently remove B&O audio control...

Is it possible to permanently remove the B&O audio control app from an HP laptop? The app on my computer rarely opens ("B&O cannot connect to RPC"), in the app specifications I read that it occupies 0 bytes, and even when I update the Realtek drivers, the app opens only until I next reboot the computer. My version of the B&O app is 1.8.203.0, whereas I've been told that I should have version 1.9.212.0., but I cannot update it.

There is an uninstall option which I have tried, but the app quickly returns again, not updated, and occupying always 0 bytes. For a brief period this morning I DID manage to uninstall the app, and I noticed that in the Control Panel I had Realtek Audio, and in the 'recording' section of the sound settings I saw that there was 'stereo mixer', which I had been searching for a few days ago; I need this function to share audio on Google Meets.

Anyway, I'd be very grateful if some knows how to get rid of the B&O app.
