Windows 10: Localhost stopped working after updating to Windows 11 24H2 worked fine on 23H2

Hi,After updating my system to Windows 11 version 24H2, I've encountered a strange issue where localhost http://localhost:3000 no longer works correctly in any browser Chrome, Edge, etc.I'm developing a frontend using Next.js. When I run npm run dev, the terminal shows that the server starts correctly and even logs GET / 200, indicating that the request was received and handled by the server.However, in the browser, the request to http://localhost:3000 just hangs and remains in a pending state forever. The DevTools "Timing" tab shows "Initial connection" stalled and says "CAUTION: request

Can i install windows 11 24h2 update in my pc

processor intel i3 7020u

can i install windows 11 24h2 on this processor because i run 23h2 in this processor

and what is the latest windows 11 23h2 cummulative update for June

and when windows 11 24h2 release for us

 

Windows 23h2 update cause network to stop working

Since installing Windows 11 (23h2): Network stopped working . I changed the lan adapter back to private from public. This got the internet working (and VNC) but still no connection to Windows 10 computer. The computer name shows up in explorer but when when I click on it I get "Windows cannot access LAPTOP". The same the other way (windows 10 computer to windows 11 23h2) . Time to go back to Windows 10 on all where everything was working fine.
