Windows 10: UNABLE TO SINGING TO MY LAPTOP

I am unable to signing to my laptop. After giving forgot password also it is not asking for the registered questions to reset. And it is asking something usb drive I have never used it . How is it asking. Now my system is locked I need to work in it . Please help to provide the solution asap .
