    Fake Virus Alert

    I have a Surface Pro with Windows 10. On Microsoft Edge I got a virus alert robotic message, completely taking over Edge and freezing it. It told me to contact 1-844-820-4854 immediately. I've checked the Apps and Programs and I can't see anything suspicious
    to uninstall. Windows Defender finds nothing. I've deleting my browsing history and rebooted but it's still there.

    How do I get rid of it?

    Fake Virus Alert Popups with Edge browser

    Check that the tab it starts with is unpinned. When that site opens click the lock icon in address bar and block notifications. Just some suggestions.
