Windows 10: Disk cleanup doesn't work

I've tried running Disk Clean up as an administrator, and also tried deleting temp files in the Settings>System>Storage but to no avail. The size of the temp files doesn't change, neither to some of the other categories Driver packages, Thumbnails, Windows Update Files, etc.. It's like Disk Cleanup is a dummy button...I've been reading through other posts, but nothing is working. Suggestions?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Hi joysoder, to properly and safely delete any files not required by your system, run Disk Cleanup twice as explained below. Each time select everything in the list and delete them. Disk Cleanup will not suggest deleting anything that is not safe to delete

Open File Explorer

Click on your hard drive

On the Manage Tab, click Cleanup

Let Disk Cleanup do its initial scan

Select Everything in the list and choose Delete

Start Disk Cleanup again

Let Disk Cleanup do its initial scan

This time in the resulting dialog, click 'Cleanup System Files'

Let Disk Cleanup run another scan

Select Everything in the list and choose Delete
