    Game mic input doesn’t match Windows setting?


    I recently switched to a new headset. After plugging it in, no one in-game could hear me. But when I switch back to my old headset, everything works — so it's probably not the game or the headset itself. In the game’s audio settings, I tried changing the input device. Sometimes "Microphone Array" works, other times it’s just "Microphone." I’m not really sure which one is right — I just kept switching until it worked. So my questions are: 1. Does the in-game mic input need to match the one set in Windows? 2. If they’re different, does voice not go through? 3. What’s the actual difference bet

    My headphones microphone doesn´t work

    I recently updated my Asus laptop to windows 10 and noticed that my microphone doesn´t work anymore. Before it was working well and after the update it started using my laptops own mic and in settings i cant change input to anything

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    Hi Vijay,

    thanks for response. I tried your steps with a Google DNS and Open DNS - but it doesn´t help.

    The game still crashes in the moment I try to run it.

    I'll be glad for another solutions.
