Windows 10: What is the main cause of "Class not registered" on windows 10?

Good evening.Today I have this weird issue, in the morning I booted up my lapotp and this error appear, it don't allow me to use any application and the screen was black, so I use the method of PowerShell with administrative privileges to run sfn /scannow command and it fix the issue. I turn on and off my laptop during the day and it worked perfectly.But this is the very weird part starts, in this night, I turn back on my laptop and the same error appear, I fixed it and now my laptops works fine when I turn it off and on. But this deeply concerns me, what is causing this type of issue? this st

The error “class not registered” may occur if there are any Windows files are not properly registered/ damaged/missing in Windows

This issue may occur if the Windows system files have corrupted. Let us try the following steps, and check if it helps.

• Press ‘Windows + X’ Keys on the keyboard.
• Click on ‘Command Prompt (Admin)’ to bring up an elevated command prompt.
  
  Note: Click ‘Yes’ if it prompts for permission.
• In the command prompt type in the following commands one by one and then press
  Enter.

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannow

Note: If you are not able to repair some files after performing SFC scan, I suggest you to refer to the point 3 “Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in
the CBS.Log %WinDir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log”. Under the section “Run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe)” to repair the corrupted files after performing SFC scan.
