Creation of AKS cluster is prevented by policy.

Please i need your help on this issue.



One of my customer is having an issue with creation of an AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) cluster being prevented by a policy. The specific resource 'aks-agentpool-19603827-vmss' was disallowed by the policy.

I can imagine the inconvenience you are experiencing and will certainly help you in the right direction in fixing the issue. However, I would appreciate if you could answer a few questions to narrow down the issue in order to provide you with better
assistance.

1. What is the make and model of the computer?
   
2. Have you tried connecting the adaptor on a different USB ports?
   
3. Have you tried connecting Ethernet adaptor on a different Windows computer to check the status of the issue?
   

However, I would suggest you to follow the methods mentioned below to fix the issue.



Method 1

Unplug all the external devices except Mouse, keyboard and adaptor and check the status of the issue.



Method 2

The possible cause of the issue could be due to drivers. Let’s try to update the drivers to check the status of the issue. To do so,

1. Click on Start. Type in Device Manager and hit
   Enter.
   
2. Direct the USB driver "Universal Serial Bus Controller" and check if any has a yellow or red exclamation next to it.
   
3. If yes, right click on it > Select
   Update the driver software and follow the onscreen prompts.
   
4. If no, right click on each entry under
   Universal serial bus controllers and choose Uninstall.
   
5. Reboot the computer once and check the status of the issue.
   

Method 3

Roll back the driver software

1. Click on Start. Type in Device Manager and hit
   Enter.
   

1. Locate the name of the device (AK-A7611011) under
   Universal Serial Bus Controller.
   
2. Right click on the device name or icon and choose
   Properties.
   
3. In the Properties window for the device, tap or click the
   Driver tab.
   
4. From the Driver tab, tap or click the Roll Back Driver button and follow the onscreen prompts and check the status of the issue.

If the issue still persists, I suggest you to install the latest drivers from the
Ankers website and check the status of the issue.
