I cannot access my Security codes when they are sent to me. They are being send to an email address that is not mine. The email they are going to is: *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. This is not me, my correct email address to send the codes to is: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** or Text message to same address.Please remove this person from my account. I don't know if the account has been hacked or not, but I have to be able to get the Security codes to reset my password, etc.Thank you,Barbara Ennis6083583761

Security codes are being sent to your email address or phone number that you've used to verify your account. Also, this serves as a security feature that will verify that you're the only one using the account. One of the possible reasons why you haven't
received the security code is due to a busy server.

• Have you tried checking your Junk Folder and check if the email was sent there?
• Did you check if it was sent to your alternate email address?
• How long are you waiting from the time you have requested for a security code?

Then it would have to have had that address input into your Microsoft Account information or it wouldn't have sent it there. You can go into the account and change it now:

If this isn't second factor authentication then it will still use whatever email address or mobile number you have listed in your MS account. Without that it will never generate a security code like that.
