Hello My laptop has been restarting itself and experiencing a few BSODs with the stopcode message "DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE" for the past few weeks. DMA Controller is usually associated with your hard disk because it speeds up memory operations. What is the make and model of your device? Have you tried contacting the manufacturer? We found this

How important is this...thing?

A superficial glance at this suggests it's necessary for these:
I2C, UART, or GPIO

If you don't use them, you presumably won't notice.

But needs further investigation just in case.

Assuming this relates to your Alienware Aurora R7, seems surprising perhaps as this seems to be a recent PC - is that correct?

Dell seems to have drivers for Win 10 for this:

Is this a problem e.g. only after upgrading to 1903?

Windows key + r, winver

What happens if you click 'update driver'? (See below) - and what do you see under the Driver tab?
