Windows 10: Unable to log in, PIN set up impossible to access.

Hello, I opened my computer and tried to log in using my password. I tried over and over in vain, the PIN was "incorrect" so I decided to look it up and find a solution. I tried restarting in safe mode multiple times, tried to open the command prompt and even tried a back up save but there is nothing I can do.It always asks for my password and when I try to type it in, it says thay my PIN is not available anymore and I need to reset it. So I am stuck in the lock screen with a PIN that isn't working and no matter what I try, it keeps asking me for a password.What can I do to change this PIN and

I am experiencing issues accessing my Windows account due to problems with the PIN and fingerprint login. Here are the steps I followed and the issues encountered:

1. I entered an incorrect PIN several times.
   
2. I decided to change the PIN. I successfully logged into my account. and attempted to change the PIN, but an error occurred during the process.
   
3. Now, I am unable to log in using the PIN, and it is blocked for 2 hours.
   
4. I am offered the option to use fingerprint authentication, but it does not work.
   
5. I am not given the option to log in using my password or account credentials, even though I logged in with them when attempting to change the PIN.
   

How can I regain access to Windows?

Unable to set PIN for log-in

There is a possibility that this is due to . To properly isolate your issue, kindly verify the following:

• Did you encounter any error messages?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done to troubleshoot the problem?
• Which Windows 10 version/build is currently installed on your computer? To check, type
  winver in the search option.

Unable to access pin set up from log in page

Thanks for the info but when I tried your suggestion and web link, I still cannot log in and still get the same issue where I am stuck in the circle. Log in and get directed to the create pin or skip selection. Try to create pin and it keeps saying something went wrong. Tried to skip step and get moved straight to the log back in screen.
