Windows 10: Device not show up on device list on myaccount.microsoft.com

Hi, I just reset my laptop more than a day ago. I used my Microsoft account to log in to my laptop. In Settings>Accounts>Linked Devices, I see my device there, but I don't see it in the device list online. I tried registering it with the device's serial number, but it said, "We didn't recognize this serial number." I used to register my device a long time ago before resetting it to that account, and it worked.Wonder if anyone has a solution for this.

GPU-Z device list enumeration, device order?

Specifically, how are the the GPUs listed in the drop down sorted, or determined? Vendor and PCI ID? OS hardware device list? Other?

Sorry if this was answered somewhere already. Searching for "GPU LIST ORDER" and like terms were not helpful.

Microsoft Account devices list.

Thank you again but thats not the problem either.

I should be able to login to my Microsoft online account from any of my 4 PC's and see the exact same devices listed i.e. all 4 PC's should show up within the account devices list but they dont. Each PC displays a different device list.

 

No hardware listed in Device manager?

I don't konw whathappend but in Device manager and in my Network connections there is nothing where there used to be a Modem listed and all my hardware in Device Manager. What happend and how do I fix this?
