Windows 10: brightness increases problem

If i try to increase brightness in my PC i am unable to increase, my brightness level of PC is always reduces at to zero[low].and my system also shows bios update if i tried to turn on and afterwards its shows function test like memory test, keywords test. etc i do not perform any test i directly exist..
