Windows 10: SAP is block by windows smartscreen

we have noticed that if we open the sap client 7.70, we are getting the pop that windows protected your pcMicrosoft defender SmartScreen prevented an unrecognized app from starting to run this app might put your pc at risk, if we click on more info we can be able to run anyway, then after the application is opening, it is affect our both tenants, we a have not applied any SmartScreen policies , we are noticing that the Microsoft defender is blocking the application because of any signature issues in the SAP 7.70 Application
