    KB Updates Failing on HP Elite x360 1040 G11 Working on G10


    Hello !We are having trouble installing Windows 11 KB updates on our HP Elite x360 1040 14 inch G11 2-in-1 Notebook PCs. The issue started with the February 2025 cumulative update KB5051987, which fails with error 0x800f081f, and now no KB updates install at all on these devices. Out of 11 identical G11 devices, only one was able to install updates successfully — all others fail. On the other hand, our HP Elite x360 1040 G10 models have no problem installing the same updates. Here’s what we’ve tried: Contacted HP support → they redirected us to Microsoft Updated all drivers and BIOS using HP

    I have a HP Envy x360, Aug. 14 2020 update #KB 4566782, I got error code 0x80070002, how do I fix?

    Update # KB 4566782 error code/ 0x80070002 Windows 10 version 2004

    After update failed I tried Restart to get the update troubleshooter but it doesn't work either.

    Camera/webcam not working on my HP Pavilion x360

    HI there,

    I have an HP Pavilion x360 with Windows 10 and can't seem to get my webcam / camera to work.

    It is not listed on the Device Manager list.
