Windows 10: Games won't launch/task manager freezes

I recently moved and now I cant play any games due to them not launching or freezing. I use the task manager to close them and it freezes. Any suggestions? Heres the trouble shooting steps I've taken. I can still use things like youtube, discord etc. Its mainly just games and other applications.Restarted my PC multiple timesDisable and Enable Microsoft services via msconfigRan the sfc /scannow and the DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth commandsDid a repair install of Windows 11I have all current graphics drivers

Making backup and re-format...

Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!

Steam games don't work, task manager freezes

I just bought and built a new PC and I am having some problems. I can open steam but when I try to run any games it launches and immediately freezes. I'll close the game with task manager but then it will stop responding and steam will say its still running. Then the Discord stops running as well. So weird.

 

Gears5 game freezes on launching

I have Ryzen 3600/Radeon RX5700., was able to play game till 2 weeks back. Now after launching the game when I click campaign or benchmark or anything the game freezes and windows task manager shows as game not responding.

I installed the game with xbox game pass.

I have all the latest windows and graphics driver update.

Any help!!
