    Games crash/close suddenly on Asus TUF Dash F15

    Hi team,

    This is happening from last 1-2 months. It was fine before. I am using an external monitor, but it happens even after disconnecting it.

    Scenario: When a game is opened it runs fine for few minutes. Then suddenly crashes which closes the game window. It was happening with Valorant. I uninstalled it and tried Age of Empires 4. Same thing happened. Then I tried Assassin's Creed: Origins and it started to happen more frequently. Game crashes within 5 to 15 minutes of opening.

    Tried solutions: I uninstalled both Intel and Nvidia graphics drivers and did clean installation. Updated Windows. Nothing worked.

    PC specifications:

    Asus TUF Dash F15 FX516PC_FX516PCZ

    11th Gen Intel Core i7-11370H

    16GB RAM

    Nvidia GeForce RTX 3050

    My games are crashing on asus tuf f15 i512500H rtx 3050, everytime i open valorant it crashes within 5 minutes. I thought its a game problem so i played counter strike 2 and that crashed 2.overall every game is crashing. I have updated drivers already, aslo reinstalled graphic drivers using ddu. But nothing helped.

    Given the persistence of the problem despite the change of thermal paste and adjustments in settings, it's possible that this issue could be related to hardware, software, or even power management settings.

    For this, you can try the following suggestions:

    1. Update drivers and BIOS: Make sure all drivers (especially graphics card drivers) and BIOS are up to date. Manufacturers often release updates that can fix problems like the one you're experiencing. You can visit your laptop's website to download the appropriate drivers and install them to see if the problem persists.

    2. Check the memory: Use the memory diagnostic program in Windows to test all of the system memory.
      • Press Windows + R, type 'MdSched', Enter and then open 'Memory Diagnostic Tool'.
      • Tap on 'Restart now and check for problems'.
      • Follow the prompts to check, wait for it to complete, and check the report to see if any problems are detected.
    3. Check Event Viewer: Check the Windows Event Viewer, which you can open by searching for 'Event Viewer' in the start menu and locate it at Windows logs > Application. see if there are any logs showing what caused the reboot. Look for critical errors or warnings that occurred before the reboot.
    4. Hardware Diagnostics: Run a hardware diagnostic test. ASUS laptops usually have an in-built diagnostic tool, which can be accessed by pressing a key (usually F9, but check your laptop manual) during the boot process.
