Windows 10: Errors while downloading games on Xbox Gamepass

I subbed to PC Pass yesterday and, 24 hours later have not been able to download a single game.initially I got a 0x80070002 error. I used the support tab in the Xbox App to talk to an assistant who did everything in her power to help. We ran test after test, an ran a bunch of command line tools to try to get things moving but in the final step we attempted to upgrade all apps in the MS Store. It showed that my inability to download was caused by something on Microsoft's end - a clearly stated description in the app. She then told me she would escalate this issue and to stand by.45 minutes late

Is it possible to play gamepass games WITHOUT the Xbox app on PC?

Hi! I recently had a really bad issue with Xbox App that being I simply can't run the app, it won't run.

I wanted to try out some of the games on the gamepass but as I said the Xbox app won't start up.

My question is simple that being am I able to download and play the gamepass games without using the Xbox app?

For reference I'm on a PC running Windows 11

 

I have Gamepass PC and ever since I downloaded a game I've been getting errors when trying to download Gamepass Games. Help!

The other day I downloaded Forza Horizon 4 on PC with Gamepass, ever since then I've been getting the error code "0x80070424" whenever I try to install a Gamepass game from the store. I can download non-gamepass games but for some reason it just doesn't
want to work with gamepass. What's going on here?
