Windows 10: How do I fix the infinite 'Your PC Ran into a problem, we'll restart for you' loop on...

I've been experiencing an infinite 'your PC ran into a problem, well restart for you' loop and I tried everything, shutting down my PC, letting the battery drain, and even checked if the parts were damaged in the mother board or disconnected which they weren't, I've tried looking up on YouTube but no tutorial helped. I was wondering if anyone has answers or can help me out? I use a windows 11 HP Model 15 laptop if anyone is wondering.

Your pc ran into a problem, and needs to restart infinite loop help?

So basically about a year and a half ago I believe I was playing fortnite then my pc just turned off, and wouldn’t load back into windows. It always went to startup repair or whatever, I watched plenty of videos and tried to automatic repair and everything, even using the command prompt in different ways and nothing worked. So I decided I would reset my pc, I did that but now I get this infinite loop of it saying my pc ran into a problem and that it will restart. I have tried to forcefully put it into safe mode, as I’ve seen on a few videos but that doesn’t work either. I looked inside my pc and although I’m not an expert, nothing seems to be wrong. So how do I get out of this loop because nothing I’ve seen online has worked.

 

Infinite loop Windows 10 restart problem

Hi

When I start my Dell laptop, it shows "Preparing Automatic Repair" and then shows the blue screen of death. The blue screen of death has following texts.

*Sad
Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We'll restart for you.
If you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error WDF_VIOLATION.

Now this is going into infinite loop. I'm not getting any other options. Web search brings lot's of video's but they all ends up with "Advance Options". In my case the loop is not even bringing "Advance Option"
