Windows 10: game saves disappeared

Hello! I have a problem: I was playing Expeditions 33, put in 80 hours, and today, after a 10-minute break, I relaunched the game and all my saves are gone. It only offers to start a new game. I tried reinstalling the game, but nothing changed—my progress is still missing. How can I fix this? I even tried backing up the save files separately and putting them back, but the game still prompts me to start a new game.

I clicked location under properties, and moved it, and the Saved Games folder disappeared from all drives. What should I do?

I understand that the game doesn’t save the progress made on your account, I suggest to follow the steps given below.

• Please navigate to:
  C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Local\Packages.
  
• Under Packages folder, locate the file
  Microsoft.SunriseBaseGame
  and move it to some other location.
  
• Relaunch your game and see if you can save the game progress.
  
  If you still face the same issue, I suggest to post your query on
  Forza Forums.
