Windows 10: How i can solve my problem with this screen?

the mouse and keyboard doesnt works, i tried a lot of way to fix it, but no one is work. I tried to fix by bios, watched many videos with this problem, but it didnt help.Who can help me to solve this problem, write me on TG: S1mplle or reply this post
