Windows 10: Microsoft Server 2025 the 'NTDS' VSS writer is not listed - Writer not present

We have raised a ticket with Veam for one of our new Windows Server 2025Brand new deployed server, and we added Veeam backups to it but never worked, we have another server that is like for like in a different location but its working.Veeam Support advised we would need to reach out to Microsoft...Veeam Support Reply:"Thanks for the confirmation, I noticed no errors during the disk utility test but you´ll see also that the NTDS writer is missing https://www.veeam.com/kb2041 Since the reboot has not help and based on the fact that NTDS is missing you might need to engage MS support to assi

WID Writer Non-retryable error Windows 2016 Server

Hello Team,

When I tried to perform backup get an error with WID writer. Under Event viewer get this error message:

A VSS writer has rejected an event with error 0x800423f4, The writer experienced a non-transient error. If the backup process is retried,

the error is likely to reoccur.

. Changes that the writer made to the writer components while handling the event will not be available to the requester. Check the event log for related events from the application hosting the VSS writer.

Windows VSS writer error 0x800423F2

How to resolve the VSS error permanently on dell system with windows 10 pro 64 bit and 256GB SSD and 1TB HDD, I am using Acronics backup software with full machine backup, 2 or 3 days once VSS error is coming and when I restart the error services after it will start to work.
