    when i want to update the windows version from 23h2 to 24h2 this message appears and says your laptop does not support it even though specifications supports running it

    Programs not working

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    Hi,

    Since we have completed the DISM process, let's get our attention back to the Windows Store issue.

    We strongly suggest resetting the Windows Store cache. To do this, follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows+
      R keys to open the run command box.
    • Type WSReset, then try launching Store and sign in.
    Let us know if you have other concerns.
