    Cannot Access Computer after Updating BIOS, Windows 11 PIN no longer available


    Hello,I've updated my BIOS.After booting up the computer, Windows 11 says "Your PIN is no longer available due to a change to the security settings on this device. Click to set up your PIN again."After clicking to "Set up my PIN", Microsoft is telling me it will send a code to my email. When I click "Send Code" the system asks for the code that was sent.The code is not being sent to my email.I am connected to the internet.I have only just updated my BIOS to the latest update.Please Help!

    access BIOS settings in Win 10

    I have an 8-year old computer running Win 10. I need to access the BIOS settings. It used to be the holding down the F2 key during startup would bring up the BIOS screen in Windows computers. But this no longer works. A web article listed a complicated
    series of steps leading to a reboot . . . but still no access to BIOS. Any suggestions?

    Updated BIOS - PIN no longer available - ?TPM issue

    Unfrotunately, despite hours of reading forum posts and Google results, I never found a solution that enabled me to login with my password to gain access to Windows. I had to do a fresh reinstall fo Windows 10. Before I did this, I disabled TPM in BIOS to prevent this happening again.

    Do you see a link for Sign In Options at the bottom of the Sign-in Screen. Choose that and select the key or password choice, use password to sign in.
