Windows 10: black screen with blue loading cursor

so lastnight i turned off my computer by the power button on the computer i guess it corrupted some files and i tried to turn on my pc and it goes into a black screen with a blue cursor which means somethings loading but i left it on all night and its still the same i tried to go recovery mode but i need admins password which i forgot its been so long im trying to reset my password but i dont know how so im lost now i tried

I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8 and not 8.1 with black screen and cursor I had no password so it should automatically load into account but it did not plus I tried ctrl key and enter plus all other key combinations but nothing and waited for half an hour. Please help all suggestions are welcomed!

P.S. I can see the cursor and the loading windows logo so no imbecile answers like graphic card driver or monitor driver for god sake

 

Black screen with loading cursor

It is a similar problem but I’ve yet to find someone with the same one. It is a black screen with a mouse cursor and to the top right of the cursor is a small blue loading icon. No shortcuts seem to be working that I have tried so far. I can enter bios
but i dont think that will change anything. Nothing else seems to do anything. It worked fine yesterday and when i turned it on today this happened out of nowhere. Thank you

 

Windows Stuck on Black screen with Blue Loading Cursor after Startup

My PC was fine before installing the most recent windows updates and Nvidia driver updates. Now at startup, will see the white dots spinning to load and after it presents a black screen. If I try to move my mouse cursor it moves, and displays, but shows as a spinning blue cursor icon. The black screen shows nothing, there is no login, no background picture, only the blue circle cursor icon is visible.

When i enter into Windows Recovery and troubleshoot, Startup Repairs says it goes into the repairs but loads back into the black screen with blue circle cursor. I cannot uninstall Updates as both Quality and feature updates fail to uninstall. System Restore has no restore points and System Image recovery has no images to recover from. I have tried to going into restart options into safe mode both with internet and without. The PC will restart but safe mode will not boot.

I can access Command Prompt however but my limited knowledge I do not know how to move past. Nor can I do a full system wipe as I have much work I need to access from the drives.
