Windows 10: Cant find shipping label and have checked the order status?

Ive started a repair request for my laptop as it has an issue. and i have reached the stage where i am supposed to print a shipping label but when i check my orders status, it does not show me the option to print a shipping label? i have tried contacting support but i have not recieved a reply either. ive looked at this article on printing a shipping label but my service repair order just does not have that option. Im not sure what to do to find the shipping label, and im worried that i wont be able to send my laptop,

Return Shipping Label

I would like to let you know that as you have a Dell XPS computer, the return shipping labels are provided by the computer manufacturer. A return shipping label is a pre-paid, pre-addressed postage label that enables customers to return purchased goods
back to the seller.

Further, I would like to let you know that when using return shipping labels, customers do not need to add postage since the product seller has already included shipping fees on the shipping label. This eliminates address mistakes, optimizes the return
process, and creates a good customer experience. It also allows the seller to control postage costs on returned items as the seller can choose the lowest cost mail class option to have a product returned.

Shipping Label Issue

Last night, I placed a repair/replacement order for my Xbox One controller. I receieved a confirmation email with shipping instructions, as well as a statement in regards to an additional email i would be receiving soon after. This secondary email was
to include my shopping label so that i could send in my controller, but I haven't seen this message despite a complete search of my emails, and the Get Shipping Label button is grayed out on the website. Is there an issue on my end?

 

Return Shipping Label

You misunderstand. My computer is covered under Your company’s (Microsoft’s) extended warranty until July 13th, 2019. So, why can’t I get the shipping label from Microsoft directly?

Also, Dell has now told me that they cannot offer me a return shipping label. So, what am i supposed to do? Please email me a shipping label, so I can resolve this issue before the expiration of my warranty!
