Windows 10: Why does my computer not run newer games using my gpu? high cpu usage

Hi, I've been experience maxed out CPU usage, while using basically none of my GPU, attempting to play marvel rivals but im unsure as to why. The only thing i run while playing it is discord with takes a negligible amount of cpu usage. All of my Rivals settings are at absolute minimum and i havent really had any help on any Rivals forums. I have an Intel 17-10700 2.90GHz and a NVIDIA RTX 2060 with 32 GB of ram.

CPU and GPU usage high, fps drop on games

Hi. I usually have around 100fps at Player Unknown Battlegrounds and my CPU usage is normal. From a month or so I get fps drops like 50-100fps and game feels laggy.

Also, when I open the task manager the CPU and GPU usage is really high around 90, 80% and then suddently drops to normal values like 5%.

I checked igfxupdate.exe Windows process - What is it? but it doesn't resolve it.

I noticed that a service svhost is very high on usage, what can I do?

high cpu usage

After downloading windows 10, anytime I run any programs, I get high CPU usage. It does not matter whether it is google chrome, task manager, playing games, whatever. Anything seems to spike the CPU usage. I have already run malwarbytes and my antivirus
programs and find no viruses. Any suggestions? Thanks.

 

Sudden high cpu usage while playing games.

Recently I noticed that my cpu usage has been too high, reaching about 60-100% in games, while my gpu is sometimes lower 60-80% usage, the cpu temp has gone at around a max of 70 degrees celsius, after around an hour in battlefield 4, 14 minutes in mad max, and around half an hour in ac valhalla it reached this temperature at max, going from 66-70, while the usage has been high on any game.
