Windows 10: Keyboard backlight doesn't work on W11

I upgraded my old Asus laptop from W10 to W11. KBD light worked fine on W10 but not on W11.When the computer starts, the backlight comes on during POST. However, I can't turn it on after it boots. Neither Fn + F3 or F4 work. The rest of the keys for screen brightness, WiFi, Display settings, and audio work.OS installs do not touch the BIOS - or at least they never did in the past. It was a clean install of W11So, it must be a driver or a registry key. But which one????????

keyboard doesn' t working, it doesn't popup on my nokia lumia 735 after I took windows 10, 10586 version. Please, help!!!

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Automating keyboard backlight switching.

Hi.
I have a Perixx 324 keyboard with backlighting. Fn+Home keys toggle the lighting.
When my computer boots-up, the keyboard backlighting lights up. That’s good.
When I close down the computer, the backlighting remains on. That’s not so good.

I have a shortcut to shut the computer down. What can I add to the code to operate the FN+Home keys so that the backlighting turns off.
The coding in the shortcut is

C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /c shutdown /s /f /t 0

Or can you tell me another way to operate the backlight off command when I shutdown without having to use the Fn+Home keys?
