    Hello All,I have a BSOD issue I can't seem to diagnose / get rid of. Machine has been acting fine for about a year.Windows 11 user - after recent windows update BSOD started occurring. Not sure the two are related.Tried system restore - didn't work.Reinstalled windows. Problem persists.Microsoft Safety Scanner found no issue.Windows Memory Diagnostic found no issue.Device Manager seems to indicate an unknown USB device whose driver can't be updated, and when uninstalled keeps coming back with an exclamation mark.Minidump file can be found here - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1UOGLCGTwif

    I too checked the dump file, i and found UsbHub3.sys is caused BSOD,

    so uninstall USB bluetooth device driver from device manager or uninstall bluetooth usb hub software

    7 different BSoD

    Hey guys,

    I have a serious problem. I make it as short as possible:

    • system runs 100 % fine with the 10.12
    • updatet to Catalyst 11.1 -> BSoD
    • updatet to 11.1 Hotfix -> BSoD
    • rollback to 10.12 -> BSoD
    • removed ALL AMD files manually, installed 10.12 -> BSoD
    • Temps are fine
    • no sfc /scannow errors
    • no chkdsk errors
    • Prime, Furmark all fine
    • regardless what driver I install -> BSoD
    • I did no hw changes, no OC
    Here are my BSoDs I receive:
    • 0x0000010e
    • 0x1000007e
    • 0x0000007e
    • 0x0000004e
    • 0x0000003b
    • dxgmms1.sys
    • PFN_LIST_CORRUPT
    They all refer to the GPU of course ...

    From now on I receive a BSoD every time I try to play a game (especially BC2 and SC II) even if I completely remove the old driver and make a clean install.
    Apparently the 11.1 damaged my system irreparable.

    Hello,

    A while back, my computer lost power while it was installing windows updates. Since then, I've had BSODs every couple days, with various errors pointing to a driver error. These were annoying, but manageable. I tried a few basic troubleshooting steps, like
    using a removal tool for my graphics card drivers and reinstalling, but I didn't do much else.

    The last couple days, the BSOD rate has ramped up, and I started seeing "dxgmms2.sys" get listed in the BSODs, which is relatively new.

    I followed the instructions
