Windows 10: The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in

Hello so today i was just searching on google some services to disable and i disabled services related to network sharing , notification services , now playing service i did not disable any service related to the user profile or accounts And i restarted my device after disableing some services to check if it still boots everything fine and then i decided to search for an bios update and i had a new bios update and i went and updated the bios and after each bios update you have to set-up your pin but this time i cannot set up my pin i boot the pc press set up my pin and i get an error sayin

Hello,

When attempting to login to my computer, I get the following message:

"The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in.

User profile cannot be loaded."

I referred to this Help article,You receive a "The User Profile Service failed the logon” error
message,

but the only difference is I only have one user profile on this computer. So, I can't login with another user to go through the steps listed in this post.

Any suggestions?

See if you may be able to use OPTION FOUR in the tutorial below to enable the built-in Administrator account at boot.

If so, then sign in to the built-in Administrator account to be able to do the steps in the tutorial below for this error.
