Windows 10: PC Health Check tool says “Your school manages this PC.”

I am an IT administrator at a school district. I am trying to upgrade a computer from Windows 11 23H2 to 24H2 using the Installation Assistant from Microsoft. The Installation Assistant asks to use the PC Health Check tool to check for compatibility. Upon running the PC Health Check software as an administrator, it says “Your school manages this PC.” The PC is running Windows 11 Education and is joined to a domain. The account used has administrator privileges on the PC.

MS PC Health Check tells me "Your organization manages updates on this PC"

I'm running Windows 10 and wanting to update to Windows 11. So, I downloaded the MS PC Health Check tool to see if my PC is compatible with it. However, when I run the Health Check app and click "Check now", it just pops up with a message saying "Your organization manages updates on this PC". What can I do to fix this problem? Is there some setting I need to change to be able to be able to let it scan my PC? I even tried running it as the admin and got the same error.

I tried the alternative WhyNotWin11 app and it told me my CPU was incompatible with Windows 11, so I'm concerned about trying to update now, but I would much rather Microsoft's app tell me than a 3rd party app.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Install Windows 11 on a PC that is managed by the school’s

I really want to install Windows 11 on a PC that is managed by the school’s although it meets Windows 11 minimum system requirements. When I select Windows Update, it does not show the Get ready for Windows 11 notification. Instead, I am still getting the message in red that says “*Some settings are managed by your organization.” Also, when I download PC Health Check and click on Check now in Introducing Windows 11, I am getting “Your school manages this PC”. How do I install Windows 11 on a PC managed by the school’s? (Note that these PCs Dell Latitude 3410, 3490, 3510, and 3520 met Windows 11 minimum system requirements.)
