Windows 10: system notification item removal

OK... so I have a customer that brought their windows 11 home laptop in with the whole screen covered in the fake "call us immediately you're infected" etc pop ups in the system notification area. The OS is in "S" mode! so something in the edge browser allowed this crapware to put an entry into the system notification area. everything I'm finding online is "just turn it off"... well I don't want to turn it off... I want it GONE. I don't want that entry in system notification area... others say... you have to uninstall it... THERE IS NOTHING INSTALLED... IT'S S MODE. I can't believe it is

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

How do I remove/clear or delete items from the “Show Notifications from these Apps”
List, I have an item in the list that has been deleted from my system, weeks ago but still shows up in the
“Show Notifications from these Apps” List. See image, Stardock CursorFX has been removed from my Alienware M17X Laptop. Windows 10, Verison1511, Build 10586.36,
UPDATE...As of today 7/9/2016 this issue has NOT been resolved....

Follow these steps to check if it works:

Step 1: Open the Windows Settings menu by pressing the Windows Key and “I,” or alternatively search for Settings in the Windows search bar and click the corresponding result.

Step 2: Click Notifications & Actions in the left-hand menu. This will take you to a screen providing access to all of the settings related to notifications and the Action Center.

You may just turn them off the notification as you need.
