Windows 10: I can't upgrade to W11 despite of Helth Check and My System are ok

Hi Community, I'm having some issues at the moment to upgrade my PC from W10 to W11.I made the validation with Helth Check first, and said that my system fulfill all the requirement.UEFI MODE And GPT Disk formatCPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5900XRAM: 32GBDisk: 500 GBCores: 12After the health check I download from the site the Installation Assitant and run it but in some point of the process a message pop-ups sayin"This computer cannot be upgraded to this version of Windows.Your PC is not yet compatible with this version of Windows. Windows Update will automatically offer you this version of Windows once

is hardware OK (Win 7) for upgrade to windows 10

I think in one of the other PC with win 7 or win 8.1 I run media creators tools and in some step prompt/found graphics card not supported... for win 10. I didn't found alone reading specs of win 10, but the tool says me... after changed graphics card the tool said all OK and continued OK with upgrade... That I ask to reach this step in this current PC - win 7 - must be all OK for the upgrade? Or must continue to upgrade to show this?

Regions speech not available despite correct language pack install

The issue still remains unresolved, as English (Australia) simply does not show up in the list despite following all suggested steps to date (which I had done previously)

 

Latest W11 updates check for TPM v2

Hi folks Any of you guys thinking of upgrading to W11 -- even if you get a release installed without a TPM the latest upgrades via WU now check for a TPM and won't upgrade even if you are running W11. One way round that is to run W11 in a Virtual machine with a software TPM emulator -- I think HYPER-V has one and in Linux swtpm package installs the IBM TPM emulator which is recognized by even the latest version of W11.



The Windows system also after running tpm.msc will show an icon with a key --last one on the right in the screenshot
