Windows 10: Temporarily Downgrade Windows 11 for Creality Scan Firmware Update No Backup Available

Hi everyone,I’m trying to update the firmware on my Creality scanner, but the Creality Scan software only works with a version of Windows 11 from before the January 2025 update. My computer is fairly new, and I don’t have any backups or restore points from before that update. I tried using the Windows Update Catalog to roll back, but it didn’t work.I have limited technical experience, but I read that I could use a bootable USB to do a clean install of the December 2024 version of Windows 11. However, I’m not sure how to do this, and I’m concerned about losing my files and data with a clean ins

Firmware 3.90 with Skype Now Available on Network Update

Fanboy reports that the PSP 3.90 firmware update is now available. The new firmware available only through Network Update will bring Skype for all PSP-2000 models. Here are the official details:

• Support for PLAYSTATION Network titles has been expanded.
• Skype has been added as a feature under Network. (Only for PSP-2000 series)

Skype requires a PSP headset in order to work properly.

PSP Firmware 3.70 Now Available on Network Update

A brand-new PSP system software update version 3.70 is available now through Sony's Network Update feature. The new additions of 3.70 include:

• You can now set custom themes in [Theme Settings] under [Settings].
• Support has been added for assigning buttons in [Remote Play].
• A scene search feature has been added under [Video].
• Sequential playback is now supported under [Video].
• Simultaneous playback of content under [Music] and [Photo] is now supported.

The update will work with both the original PSP hardware and the newer PSP-2000.

Windows 10 Anniversary Update Issues

Problems with W10 Anniv auto update:

Mom's: (x58 Xeon 5677) Windows Defender was not turned back on automatically (it was "on" in the 1511 edition) and she had a Trojan. Full system scan to eradicate.
Her Epson printer was knocked off, had to uninstall by Device Manager pull USB cable and reconnect cable. W10 did the rest.

Step-mom's: (HP pre built) Windows Defender not turned back on by default. Her USB Seagate Expansion Drive 2Tb was offline so all backup routines were halted. Had to rerun backup plan. Had her do a full virus scan.

Step-dad's: (Dell Optiplex tweaked upgrades) Windows Defender not turned back on by default. Full Scan.
