Windows 10: my mic is working in everything but Game bar Partys

I just found that my mic will not transmit in a game bar party. It works fine with in game mic, discord, and even game bar says and shows it's reading it but nothing comes out in a party. I have also found the clicking the mute does nothing and just shuts it's self off even when i right click myself and click off when I right click again it's off nowthis has not been a problem since the last update to Game Bar

Mic not working on Xbox game bar parties and Sea of Thieves

My mic is not working when I am Xbox game bar parties, I have a push to talk bounded and my nothing is picking up when I am talking. The same issue persists even on sea of thieves, I use push to talk and nothing is picking up. I have made sure the correct input and output are selected, reinstalled gamebar, checked mic privacy settings, unplugged/replugged the mic, into the sound setting to select the correct microphone. I only have this issue on Xbox Game Bar and sea of thieves, my mic works fine on Discord and other games that are not tied to game bar. I also went into my Microsoft account privacy settings and made sure communication with others was allowed. I really do not know what else I can do.

I tried that and my mic is still not picking up anything I say, I can hear the game audio fine. I also tried to join a party on Xbox Game Bar and my mic is still not picking up what I am saying.
