Windows 10: Why Can't I Update?

So, I bought this brand new laptop a few days ago and it came with Windows 11 Home 22H2, as you guys are aware, 22H2 is no longer supported. When I go to Windows update, it says that my Windows version has reached the end of service and that I have to get the newer version of Windows. The issue is that Windows 11 23H2 does not show up in the Windows update menu when I check for updates, it also does not show up under optional updates either. How do I update to 23H2 without it showing up in Windows update? I would like to update to 23H2 in order to get the latest security and quality updates an

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
