Windows 10: Computer just keeps going back to “why did my pc” restart blue screen

A few days ago I factory reset my computer to start new since it’s been a few years since I used it and it said it had an update but everytime the update finishes it goes back to the why did my pc restart and asks me the language and time zone and I press continue it’ll say just a moment then back to the blue screen on how to reset my computer I have a MSI Bravo 15 C7V I haven’t had any real issues except this and I think it’s malware but my internet connection is also really bad so I know that could play a role but I’m just confused
