Windows 10: NEED HELP PLEASE! Any USB Harddisk wont read just in my pc

StartFragmentgood morning Indonesian time, i need help with problem that occure after upgrading bios version then reinstall windows and clear tpm setting, my motherboard is asrock X570 Steel Legend. i bought my pc from friend that normal before, all usb function correctly rear and front. after i perform windows reset, upgrade bios to latest version that release this year 5.65[Beta] clear tpm and enable trusted platform and secure boot. my pc not able to read usb hdd. i have 3 different usb hdd wd mypasspor 4 tb, toshiba 1 tb, and 256 gb vgen with enclosure. non of them are able to be read in

Did you update the USB controllers drivers?

Method 1: Run the Hardware Troubleshooter

The Hardware Troubleshooter is an automated tool which checks the hardware connected to the computer for any known issues and provides the details on how to fix them. Follow these steps to run the troubleshooter.

      • 
        Type “Troubleshooting” in the search bar and press “Enter”.

        In the “Troubleshooting” window, click on “View All” on the left pane.

        Click on “Hardware and Devices”.

        Click on “Advanced” and then click on “Run as Administrator”.
        
      • 
        Click “Next” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
        

You may uninstall the corrupt USB controllers drivers from device manager(Windows +X) and click on update drivers. Let Windows check for the drivers.

How to read USB pen drive

Performed steps as advised Pls see attached photo After finish, now I can copy/paste files on the USB drive. I'll test the USB drive on a Linux computer later. Thanks for your advice. Another question; How can I read/retrieve files on WDC WD2002FAEX-007BAO WDC WD2005VBYZ-02RRWB2 They are storage drives - ext4 and; Samsung SSD 860 EVO 2TB SanDisk SDSSDH3250G They are Linux drives on this PC Pls see attached photo device_manager Thanks Regards

 

USB is not being read

To assist you better, I would like to ask if the system is able to detect other USB devices.

I suggest you to update the USB drivers by following the steps provided below:

• Press Windows key + X, select Device Manager.
• Expand Universal Serial Bus Controller.
• Right click on the drive, select Update Driver Software and follow the on-screen prompts.
