    Windows Preventing Me From Booting VOCALOID 2 Editor.


    Recently, I have gotten the VOCALOID 2 Editor and Hatsune Miku to see how compatible it is with Windows 11. It had ran smoothly with little issues, which I'm sure were related to the software itself rather than its compatibility. This evening, it had randomly stopped booting, not even showing the splash screen for the editor.I had went to the editor's .exe file location to see if I could boot it up from there. I double clicked it and it gave me an error stating "These files can't be opened" and claimed that it was my internet settings causing the issue. Which, I am aware that some 2000's softw

    This issue might be due to the anti-virus software or corrupted Windows Update Components.

    I suggest you to hard reboot the computer and perform the below.

    Method 1:

    Step 2: I suggest you to
