Windows 10: I tried to open apps like Krita and Honkai: Star Rail, and all them says I'm missing...

I've tried getting Visual C++ Studio 2015, and it also didn't work and I did try repairing it but it wouldn't let me do it because of a error saying, "0x80240017" and I searched it up and it told me it was an missing, damaged, or corrupted files, and it also told me to uninstall the other versions of Visual C++, so I did it and it didn't do anything. I'm confused on how I am supposed to know what file is missing or damaged. I did searched up on to fix my problem, but this laptop is very old and is also my first actual laptop and when I read what I should do on how to fix my problem I was also

My wifi dissappears when I open genshin impact, or honkai star rail.

sorry late reply, been busy with school, i tried it all and it still doesnt work.

It seems that when i open honkai star rail, or genshin, it disconnects my wifi adapter im not sure why, because when i check it in device manager it says they are not connected. after a few mins of being opened.

 

My computer keep getting blue screen when openning Honkai Star Rail

My PC is randomly crashing, lead to the blue screen of death. The PC can still be used after a restart though.
Normally, the blue screen only happen occasionally, but just recently, it occurs everytime i try to open the Honkai Star Rail game. When i checked minidump file it say the problem is coming from ACE-BASE.dll.

I tried to: reinstall the game, perform a repair with sfc/scannow, some dism command but none work

My PC keeps crashing while playing Honkai Star Rail

My PC is randomly crashing while playing Honkai Star Rail. At random moments the game will freeze, at that point I can still ALT+TAB for a while but I can't close the program even with task manager. After a while the whole pc will freeze. Next it will either reboot in boot menu, or blue screen and then start up again in boot menu.

Tried to check the minidump files, 2 of them are empty and i don't understand what is wrong from the 3rd one

I updated my BiOS, but it didn't help.
