Windows 10: PC stuck in infinite reboot

Hello,My PC has been having an issue recently where it would randomly restart, and sometimes freeze just qs randomly.We me and a professional I asked for help to repair it have tried multiple solutions, to no avail, but it is not what I am writing for.While trying out new solutions, I have attempted to perform a clean reinstall, but was completely unable to, and in an attempt to boot with something else than Windows 10, I picked in the options offered to boot with Windows Recovery Environment.Since then, my PC is stuck in an infinite restart loop, where it starts, shows the PC logo for less

Stuck on infinite reboot loop

Please help, My pc is stuck on an infinite reboot loop every time I open the pc it gets into a crash and restart loop. The weird thing is that everytime when automatic repair appears it’s followed by “please wait while we install a system update” for a brief second then it restarts again entering the reboot loop. I was only able to open bios settings.

I have an issue with a PC I am working on where it is almost stuck in an infinite loop. PC was factory reset and now it has a windows update that starts at 65% then will get up to about 90% and then restart on what seems to be an infinite loop. Anyone
