Windows 10: Unable to Reset PC and locked out of Sign in Page

My computer has completely shut down on me, whenever I try sfc /scannow it tells me that there’s issues and the next reboot will fix it but instead my pc tried to automatically diagnose and repair my pc, stopping it. Once I try to use the troubleshooter menu it immediately comes up with “there was a problem resetting your pc” without even letting me choose how I want to reset it. Has anyone experienced anything similar and know how to fix it?
