Windows 10: Why does my WIN 11 desktop stop working usually at same time of day

Processor IntelR CoreTM i5-14400 2.50 GHzInstalled RAM 32.0 GB 31.8 GB usableSystem type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorPen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this display--Since purchasing the desktop new in October last it has a history of going to sleep and needing to be power cycled in order to get it working again.The desktop lock screen time display frequently shows a time of 10:22pm to 10:25pm.For a period of time that changed to 11:05am to 11:09 am before reverting.I've reloaded Windows twice after multiple attempts by MS support to address the issue

Dear All,

Mouse and keyword stop working at the same time in Windows 11. Once when it happened uninstallation of Antivirus was stopped. I have read many articles on the internet but they have not solved the problem. Some of them are listed below:

I contacted a technician in Microsoft but he cannot solve the problem. I have a feeling that the problem is caused by cyberattacks because they happen usually in the daytime and not in the nighttime. I ran my computer without connecting to the internet and the problem did not happen. Please suggest how can I solve the problem. I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Internet Explorer. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Explorer.

Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key +X, select Control panel

• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel
• Run the Internet Explorer performance troubleshooter

All Microsoft software stops working at least once a day, but other software keeps running OK

Once or twice a day, all Microsoft products on my PC completely freeze. Often, it starts with File Explorer freezing. After that, if I’m in Office software, they freeze and I can’t close them. If I’m not in Office software, I can’t open them. Task Manager
can’t close anything. Sometimes my desktop and taskbar completely disappear.

However, non-Microsoft software is fine. If I have Chrome or Firefox already open, I can continue using them and I can close them normally. The same is true for The Bat Voyager email, which I run from a USB flash drive.

I built the computer myself two years ago (I’ve been building my own computers and servers for 23 years). It has had no problems with Win 7. It has the following configuration:

• Win 10 Pro on primary boot SSD
• Win 7 Pro on secondary boot SSD
• MSI Z87 GD65 motherboard
• i7-4770 CPU
• 32GB Crucial Ballistix RAM
• MSI GTX 970 GPU
• Several external eSATA and USB drives
• Kaspersky Internet Security
• Office 365
• Adobe CC
• lots of other software

I have no problems with Win 7, but I have this problem at least once a day on Win 10. I use the computer in my business and am on it all day, so this is a major problem for me.

Steps I’ve taken:

• All Windows updates are current
• Motherboard BIOS, drivers, and utilities are current
• Device Manager shows all drivers are current
• sfc/scannow reports no problems

One clue: when rebooting after a problem, Windows runs CHKDSK on many of the drives (there are 11 drives and partitions) and usually reports a non-existent drive each time after a failure.

Does anyone have suggestions? If this continues, I will have to go back to Win 7 permanently.
