Windows 10: hotmail strange problem to the sender

I have 2 hotmail accounts. both have same problem- whoever send email to me get reply that the mail was rejected, when looking at the details - the error show sending that email to some other not real mail addresses that the sender did not send. , it was checked also sending from gmail address and the phenomena is the same.,any known problem with microsoft mail system?

The two-step verification emails show up in my inbox but I added a rule to mark the domain name safe a long time ago (verified that "techpowerup.com" is still in the safe sender list).

 

Gettting email with strange characters in senders address

Started getting these a week or so ago, again. We use Windows Live Mail on this system for e-mail. Sometimes they show in the Junk folder and sometimes in the inbox folder. If the subject line looks strange, we just open the properties on it and look at the sender. You can add the sender's domain to the blocked sender's list, but our ISP uses a third party for the e-mail service so I sign on to that server and block the domain name there with a wild card * (*@domain name.xxx). Never hear from that spammer address again.

 

Delete email sender

You can try these steps:

1. Sign in to your Hotmail account.

2. Click Options located at the upper-right side of the page.

3. Select More Options.

4. Under Preventing junk email, click Safe and blocked senders.

5. Click Blocked senders.

6. Enter the email address or domain on the box labeled Blocked email address or domain: and click Add to list >>.



Note: Please make sure that the email addresses that you have blocked are not included on your Safe sender's list and/or Contacts lists, otherwise, it would not work properly.
