Windows 10: My microsoft account got hacked and got changed by the hacker

Just now, my microsoft account just got changed to someone random email. And yea. the fact that the guy is changing my email ownership and then deleted my account so i can't even access to it are the worst stuff happened to me. And now, I don't know how to access the account back with the game inside it minecraft especially I have the picture and the email of the hacker that are changing my account access and the transaction for minecraft too. please help

I'm writing this with my alternate account but my main Microsoft account was hacked and whenever i try to login to it, it tells me the account doesn't exist. The hackers changed the recovery email related to the account and whenever i try to fill in the support forum it tells me the account doesn't exist. I bought Minecraft: Java and Bedrock Edition and i still have the order number related to it so i hope i can use that to recover my account.
